Run Project Goose Locally

Our machines are air gapped so running Project Goose for actual cases would not be possible. I have been experimenting with running different open source LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation to see if it can assist in examinations or processes. Most forensic machines with a CUDA supported GPU could run these in an offline mode.
