Magnet One Report and Command Staff View

I have started using Magnet One and so far have been very impressed. There are 2 additions that I believe could be very helpful. When a case is closed if there was a way to report out into PDF format the entire case to include case notes added by examiners. This would make for easy access for discovery purposes. Also I feel that it would be nice to have a Command Staff or Administration account option that would only see active cases and stats for the Lab. I have admin that would like to know what we have open but does not want any ability to change anything in the cases as they would not be well versed with the application.
