Filter Duplicate Results

Would it be possible to add a feature whereby users can filter out duplicate results on a given column. For example within Google Searches, there may be multiple searches made for caravans. At this point in time I am only interested that the computer has searched for caravans, not how many times. At the beginning of an exam I want to be able to quickly identify what Google searches were made, rather than how many. At the moment I have to export the results to Excel, apply filters and then go through the searches made. UFED PA already has the ability to filter on columns and displays the unique results directly within the filter. I have attached a screenshot of this feature.
